Warranty policy following an online purchase.
Authorization numbers for returned merchandise are required. No return without authorization will be accepted. If this situation occurs, we will return the product at your own expense (send and return). Since the seller has products from different manufacturers and each manufacturer has their own warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty will be the one that applies. The manufacturer is entirely responsible for damages incurred in the design or manufacturing of the products they make.
To inquire about the warranty of products purchased and the terms of these warranties, you must go to the manufacturer’s website or contact the seller who will be able to inform you on the applicable warranties. Since some manufacturers choose to honour their warranties themselves, the seller will, in each case, indicate the return address in order to reduce your waiting period. In some cases, the manufacturer will carry out the repairs and send back the repaired product.
It is possible that the manufacturer offers to repair your product, subject to a prior agreement on additional cost, in order to reduce the waiting period and cost. To ensure the warranty will be honoured, a copy of the retail sales invoice must accompany your package when returned and comply with the warranty term determined by the manufacturer.
Apart from the basic warranties, Kimpex offers their clients the possibility of registering some of their products online to benefit from various advantages, such as:
- An extended warranty for some products
- Better after-sales service in case of defect thanks to your online file
- Storage of your purchasing documents in a safe place
The products which can be registered and are applicable for the above-mentioned advantages are:
- CKX helmets
- KIMPEX brand products
- COMMANDER ATV or UTV track sets
